At Vulcain Watches, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 14-day return window for all timepieces in original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
